I have here by agree to be engaged as a trainee part time journalist and abide by the rule terms & condition of Saamyik Hans news network. I will be fully responsible for news, photography & video provided by me, for the truth worthiness of facts and legal consequences of the same. I also agree that Saamyik Hans has full right to post, reject or delete the news. I shall not involve myself either directly or indirectly in any activity(s) which is or which may be detrimental to the interest of the Saamyik Hans. All the copy right of the content shall be reserved with the Saamyik Hans.
If required Saamyik Hans I may also be sent or transferred to any place in India in connection with news coverage and business meetings. I also agree that Samyak Hans has right to cancel my registration anytime without showing any cause or reason.
I am hereby bound to hand over the mail id / Password and other confidential documents in the form of digitally or in hard copy. in case of leaving the work allotted. I am also bound to give one month notice to the chief editor in shape of hard copy only. I am also bound to follow the instruction given by the chief editor time to time. Giving confidential documents in shape of digital form or in hard copy (paper form) is strictly prohibited. If it’s found so Saamyik Hans has right to recover all damages in monetary form legally.
I don’t have any criminal offense registered in any police station in India, I also agree not to spread my news sent to “Saamyik hans’’

Payment Terms :

1) News from Online Source – Rs 10/-
2) News from Original Source – Rs 15/-
3) News Video Online Source – Rs 15/-
3) News Video Online Source – Rs 20/-

NOTE :

1) Payment will be made on monthly basis.
2) Be assured you will get the total payment on
15th of every month.
3) Payment will only be made for those news/videos
which will be published.
4) The payment terms can be changed in future i.e.
it may increase or decrease.
